The heritage and history was what attracted us
We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. The high cost of staying left us wondering if the experience was worth it.

Beautiful hotel.
No hair dryer in room, but one was brought up when called. Waiting for the hairdryer almost made us late. No bath mat for floor. Only two bath towels for two guests. No extra for my hair. Towels not replenished that night or bed turned down. Had only hot water one evening - even turning on the cold only tap had extremely hot water coming out. The water tank of the toilet was hot from hot water. It was weird. We notified the hotel, and by the next morning, we had warm water rather than hot water from the cold tap. At least I could take a shower without being scalded!!

The French room is gorgeous and the breakfast at the bistro was delicious.
The rooms and hallways are dated and in desperate need of a remodel. The room is not classy, it is old.

would stay there again
The room had a comfy king bed, tv, and a minibar. The fitness center was great, a perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was a treat, with fresh fruits and delicious pastries. The staff was super cute, and the bar/lounge area was a great spot to chill after exploring. The breakfast wait was a bit long, around 30 to 45 minutes at times.
